This is not a simple donation: Sinner has entirely financed the construction of a cutting-edge structure that will host 150 apartments and 300 beds, intended to offer a safe refuge, medical assistance services, psychological support and social reintegration programs for people in difficulty.

“I have seen too many people spend cold nights without a safe place to sleep. If you have the opportunity to make a difference, you also have the responsibility to act,” Jannik said with his usual humility in a short message released by his foundation.

In another act of profound humanity, Jannik bought back his childhood home – that small apartment where he grew up with his parents and sister – and transformed it into a community support center. The place, full of personal memories, will become an open space where the young people of the town can receive help with their studies, psychological support and free sporting activities.
